Book Description:
This isn't a deep book about first loves or self-discovery. If you want a book like that, I'd be happy to recommend one, but I don't have that kind of story to tell. Instead my story is about rash decisions and finding out that your dream guy is bad in bed.
It's the story of when I finally went skinny dipping, and how my life was never the same again. Oh, and it's also the story of my freshman year of college and realizing Mr. Right might have been there all along.

First of all, thanks for having me, and thanks for being on my side.
Things with Juliet are amazing. I knew there was something special about Juliet early on, but I never imagined she’d get so under my skin. Watching her with Dylan was horrible, and I’m just glad I got my chance.

What do you think you'll do after college? Any plans?
I’m not sure yet. I’ve thought about continuing on for a masters or even a PhD in History, but right now I’m just trying to get through undergrad and enjoy it.
Favorite sports team?
The Eagles. I’m from Philly, and I grew up loving the team.
What do you like to do in your down time?
I like to stay active. I’m into just about every sport, I play paintball, and you can find me at the gym a lot. Juliet’s gotten me into just relaxing more though.
I know it's a touchy subject, but now that Juliet convinced you to see your parents, how are things going with them?
Things are going well. I’m not going to pretend that things are perfect, but I talk to them a few times a month now, and Juliet and I are heading up to visit them soon.
Are you a dog kind of guy or a cat guy?
Dogs. I can’t have one in the house, but I’m sure I’ll get one after graduation.
What's your favorite food?
Nothing can beat a burger and fries for me.
We know you work out a lot, but what other types of hobbies do you have?
Aside from sports and paintball, I like action movies, and when I get the chance I love watching live music.
Where in the world did you come up with plane gazing, I'd say that had to be the best date ever!
When things were tough it was something that made me feel better, kind of an escape. I’d never wanted to bring someone with me until I met Juliet.

How are things going with Juliet?
Great. We work so well together, and I’ve never been happier.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Honest answer? I don’t know. I do know who I’ll be with.
What's your favorite time of day?
Early morning when I get to wake up with Juliet in my arms.
Can you tell me what your first thoughts of Juliet were when she shot you at laser tag?
Wow, she’s got balls. Most girls are intimidated by me, she wasn’t. I thought it was cool, refreshing.
We know how Juliet takes her coffee, but how do you take yours?
Black. Anything else in it ruins the flavor.
Tell us one thing we should know about you that most people don't know.
When I was little I wanted to be a superhero.
It seems like in some aspects that has actually come true. ;)
Alyssa Rose Ivy is a Young Adult and New Adult author who loves to weave stories with romance and a southern setting. Although raised in the New York area, she fell in love with the South after moving to New Orleans for college.
