Anything. I could read anything, even something that takes place during winter. As long as the storyline and characters are intriguing, it doesn't matter what type of book it is.
I'm really not a "seasonal" reader -- I just read whatever catches my interest at the moment. This Summer I'm looking forward to Magic Rises by Ilona Andrews and Cast in Sorrow by Michelle Sagara.

I don't have a favorite. I usually have a few books that I keep re-reading so that can count as my favorite summer reads. Some of the books I read are Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series, the Crossfire series and so on... Thanks for the great giveaway!
My favorite book to read is When Summer Ends by Isabelle Rae.
